We use Royal Mail Tracked® for all our UK deliveries and offer two delivery options:
STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE
Standard delivery is FREE irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Items should ordinarily arrive within 2 days from despatch (excluding Sundays) but please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
As strikes continue to cause disruption throughout the Royal Mail network, delivery times are expected to increase. To compensate for any delays in receiving your order, we are upgrading your delivery service, without any additional cost to you. Simply, check out as normal and your order will be upgraded, although Next Day is not guaranteed.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £8.95
We do offer a next day delivery service for £8.95, with orders of in stock items placed on weekdays before 8 pm and on bank holiday Mondays before 1 pm, guaranteed to arrive the next day.
Our next day service is available for orders placed on weekdays for delivery Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we are not able to make deliveries on Sundays or on bank holiday Mondays. We aim to cover all areas with our next day service, however, we cannot guarantee this in certain areas. These include the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Dumfries and Galloway, counties north of West Lothian and Northern Ireland.
We are sorry but due to the on going strike action by Royal Mail, we are suspending the option to check out with our Next Day Delivery service, as we cannot guarantee your order will arrive without delays.
For both standard and next day deliveries, if you are not in when we try to deliver, your postman will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. It will have full details on either re-arranging a delivery or options for you to collect from a nearby Post Office. Alternatively, you can ask them to leave the package in a 'safe place' - i.e. on the porch, with a neighbour, etc. Simply enter your designated place under delivery instructions once you proceed to check out.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TIMES AND AVAILABILITY
To guarantee that you receive your order in time for Christmas we recommend placing your order as early as possible with the latest being before 4pm on the 19th of December.
Planned industrial action by Royal Mail on the 9th, 11th, 14th and 15th of December will effect delivery times.
Whilst we aim to despatch your order the day we receive it, during December Royal Mail historically experiences increased numbers of parcels going through their business and they are unable to always maintain their normally very high standards of operation to some postcodes. We apologise in advance if your order is slightly delayed in reaching you. Thank you.
Our orders are sent via DHL within Europe. However, to Lichtenstein and Switzerland, and the rest of the world we ship with FedEx. All orders are fully trackable, and all import duties and local taxes are covered by us.
You will receive an email directly from the carrier with your unique tracking ID once your order has been despatched, where you will then be able to track your order through the FedEx or DHL website and their mobile applications.
Please note, should we be aware of any disruptions to service, we may on occasion amend the carrier of your parcel and send via FedEx to ensure your delivery arrives without delay.
Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world take up to 10 working days.
For orders to Lichtenstein and Switzerland delivery time takes up to 5 working days.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY - £18.00
Orders sent within the EU are charged at £18.00 (for Lichtenstein and Switzerland see below).
REST OF THE WORLD - £20.00
We are happy to fulfil orders to most countries. For the rest of the world, Lichtenstein, and Switzerland, orders are charged at £20.00 per order.
These delivery charges are non-refundable and only apply once per order, even if the items are despatched in more than one parcel.
