We love chatting to our ladies, and some of you have asked us about the pricing of our bras so we thought we'd let you know what makes them so worth it.
We have spent over three years prototyping and designing our signature styles that you can shop here on our website. This design process has involved plenty of prototypes, focus groups and decisions on what we did and didn't want for our lingerie. All of these choices have led to our first collection that not only looks and feels amazing, but is also long lasting and sustainable.

Our fabrics are something that we thought very carefully about. We needed not only a beautifully designed lace, but a lace that was long lasting and supportive for our non-wired bras. This search led us to the luxe lace and mesh we've used across our entire signature collection. It's not only a timeless pattern, but it's got all the stretch we needed to be thoughtful to our ladies changing bodies throughout the month. Both our lace and mesh also use recycled fibres! We knew that needing stretch (elastane) in our bras would mean our fabrics couldn't be 100% sustainably sourced, however as a new brand we felt it was so important to be as sustainable as possible and we are so happy that the non stretch component of our lace and mesh are recycled fibres that would have otherwise been discarded in production.
As well as our incredible lace and mesh, we've used luxurious silks and plush elastics and trims, beautiful gold coloured hardware, and silk hook and eyes on all our bras. Choosing these high quality materials means that if you care for your lingerie we know it will last wash after wash. You should have about 5 or 6 bras in your lingerie drawer to allow the elastics to bounce back and not get too tired too quickly, and choosing investment pieces, such as our LoveRose bras mean you are buying less in the long term!

We manufacture in a small family run factory, where all the ladies who make our bras to the highest standard are paid and treated fairly. Not producing in a massive factory, and making sure everyone in our production line gets paid fairly means that costs are higher, but we think you'll agree that knowing your lingerie has been made ethically is worth it. We also produce our collections in small production runs as overproduction is a massive issue in the fashion industry. Small runs mean less waste, and also means we are sitting with less 'dead-stock' so it speeds up our ability to produce our popular sizes in new colours or shapes for you!

LoveRose was born from a need for a luxury, well-designed option on the post-surgery market. We want you to know that you are investing in a piece of lingerie where every production and design decision has been considered to bring you the highest quality lingerie. There's no denying you can get a bra on the highstreet for less than the price of a LoveRose bra, but this bra will last you not only a fraction of the time, but it will have been mass produced, possibly unethically, in planet polluting fabrics- not issues you want on your chest all day!
